Quality Control

QUALITY CONTROL

Each document is submitted to strict Quality Control (QC) divided in two concomitant parts:

1. Review of form: an accurate check of data, formatting, client's requirements, bibliographic references, etc. is performed, and any discrepancies are resolved.

2. Control of content: a Senior Medical Writer or Medical Adviser is appointed to carry out a scientific and/or medical review of the document produced, depending on the type and nature of the document and therapeutic area.

Discrepancies are usually resolved by the Medical Writer prior to delivery of the final version of the document to the client, or, exceptionally, shaded in yellow (when discrepancies cannot be resolved by APMW).

PROOFREADING

In addition to strict quality-control, all documents written or reviewed at APMW are also submitted to proofreading. For English/US language, this proofreading is performed by a dedicated, English native certified translator, who has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. For French language, the proofreading is conducted by a French translator.
